CYO Physicals - Quincy Medical Group is
providing physicals for CYO sports. They
will be held
on two dates. Appointments are necessary.
There is a $ 10 donation which QMG
donates back to the CYO. Physicals are
kept on file at QMG and each school
office during the school year.
